How To Turn Toxic Into Potent Productivity

You are busy all the time, yet feel stressed thinking about your workload.

Your to-do lists fill up faster every day and you're always behind.

This is called: Toxic Productivity.

It's ineffective and harmful to your mental wellbeing.

How can you overcome it?

Connect with your Why

You need to understand what drives you.

What does a great life look like for you?

What vision do you have for your life?

Who do you want to become?

Who are you grateful for?

What is your legacy?

Do a brain dump

Start by writing down everything on your mind. (This can easily be a few pages)

Then categorise your list:

• Work

• Family

• Personal

• Miscellaneous

Next rank the items by impact and deadlines. Take your lists and ask yourself:

What are the items only you can do? What do you need to do asap? What can you delegate? What can be deleted?

Identify your One Thing

We end days feeling deflated. We were busy but nothing meaningful was achieved.

Look at your list and plan out one thing that'll make each day next week a win.

Build the momentum, get control and feel more relaxed.

Evening Shutdown

Note down all unfinished tasks.

Leave yourself breadcrumbs to easily start the next work day with your highest impact item.

This allows you to shut down from work and relax to recharge for tomorrow.

Follow these steps once a week to turn Toxic Productivity into Potent Productivity.
